DOT BOOK

ALL marching band students are required to have a small spiral bound notebook and a pencil for Camp. We call this notebook the “Dot Book”. Students will use this Dot Book to write marching routine notes. Notebook size should be approximately that of an index card. Students can put a string or shoelace through the spiral to hang it from their neck.
This Dot Book is VERY important and will be used at band camp daily!

ARRIVAL - DO NOT BE LATE!
Students are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to each day's start time. This gives them time to put away their personal items, get their instruments, socialize, and get on the field.

PICK UP
Students MUST be picked up no later than 15 minutes after each day's ending time. If you are unable to pick your child up on time, please arrange a carpool with a friend. If you need assistance contact the Chaperone Chair at chaperones@sprayberryband.com.
